Florida State Regulations : The State of Florida requires that Waverunner rental operators born after January 1, 1988 carry a Boater’s Safety Education Course Completion Certificate with them at all times during their Waverunner rental. We offer a temporary certificate that is good for 90 days. You may take the test online or at the beach. We offer study guides and tests at our beach locations. The cost of the certificate is $3.
